Our goal is to develop lasting friendships and professional relationships with the CODI subsidiary management teams. We seek to provide continual strategic support to our businesses, as well as financial support for organic and external growth initiatives.
We believe that CODI’s subsidiary managers should be financially aligned with its shareholders. Accordingly, we seek a financial commitment from those managers, and, in return, provide them with a meaningful share of the wealth that is created at the individual subsidiary level.
