Compass Group Investments, Inc. and its subsidiaries partnered with Hollywood Capital to form and capitalize Anodyne Medical Device, Inc. (“Anodyne” or “Tridien”) in February of 2006. Anodyne, which operates predominantly under the brand name Tridien, was formed specifically to acquire manufacturers of medical therapeutic support surfaces and patient positioning devices that serve the acute care, long-term care and home health care markets. These products are designed to prevent and treat pressure wounds experienced by patients with limited to no mobility. After its formation, Tridien, headquartered in Coral Springs, Florida, acquired AMF Support Surfaces, SenTech Medical Systems, PrimaTech Medical Systems and Anatomic Concepts. With the acquisitions consummated since its formation, Tridien has become one of the nation’s leading designers of wound care treatments and devices and is able to better serve a national customer base with its bi-coastal manufacturing facilities in California and Florida.

CGI sold its interest in Tridien to Compass Diversified Holdings in July of 2006.
