Breadth and Flexibility

On behalf of Compass Diversified Holdings (NASDAQ: CODI), we will consider the acquisition of businesses in a broad spectrum of industries. Our primary requirements are that potential targets have:

  • positive and stable cash flow,
  • highly defensible positions in their markets and with their customers, and
  • strong management teams, either currently in place or readily accessible.

We have historically been able to tailor transaction structures to suit a wide range of situations. We are extremely familiar with the complexities involved in acquiring family-owned businesses, small public corporations and non-core divisions of larger companies. We have also acquired businesses through bankruptcy and restructuring processes.

In addition, we will, from time to time, consider certain non-control investments, which are not made on behalf of CODI.
