"Compass was willing to look at our company and our strategy in a manner consistent with how management sees it. We believe they will be strong partners as we pursue an aggressive growth path driven by a combination of new customer and product opportunities and opportunities to acquire other participants in our industry and related industries. During the negotiation of the transaction, they were very flexible as to structure, ensuring that we reached an arrangement that is a true partnership, where both the senior management team and Compass are positioned to do very well should we accomplish our goals."
