I. Joseph Massoud, Managing Partner
Mr. Massoud founded The Compass Group in 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Massoud was with Petroleum Heat and Power, Colony Capital and McKinsey & Co. Mr. Massoud is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and the Harvard Business School. Mr. Massoud is currently a director of Teekay LNG Partners (NYSE: TGP). Mr. Massoud is also a board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut.

Alan B. Offenberg, Partner
Mr. Offenberg joined The Compass Group in 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Offenberg was with Trigen Energy, Creditanstalt Bankverein and GE Capital. Mr. Offenberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Diversified Holdings and a member of its board of directors. Mr. Offenberg is a graduate of Tulane University and the Northeastern University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Offenberg is also currently a director of American Furniture Manufacturing, Inc., CamelBak Products and Liberty Safe and Security Products, Inc.

Elias J. Sabo, Partner
Mr. Sabo joined The Compass Group in 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Sabo was with CIBC Oppenheimer, Boundary Partners and Colony Capital. Mr. Sabo is a graduate of Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Sabo is currently a director of a number of companies, including Staffmark; Advanced Circuits; ERGObaby; Halo Branded Solutions, Inc.; Fox Racing Shox and Tridien Medical.

Mr. Swanson joined The Compass Group in 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Swanson was with Goldman Sachs. Mr. Swanson is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Harvard Business School. Mr. Swanson is currently a director of a number of companies, including American Furniture Manufacturing, CamelBak Products, Liberty Safe and Security Products and Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: HRZN).

Mr. Maciariello joined The Compass Group in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Maciariello was with Bain & Company and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. Mr. Maciariello is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Columbia Business School. Mr. Maciariello is currently a director of Fox Racing Shox, Tridien Medical, Halo Branded Solutions and ERGObaby; and is on the board of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Orange County.

James J. Bottiglieri, Executive Vice President
Mr. Bottiglieri joined The Compass Group in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Bottiglieri was with WebMD Corporation; Star Gas Partners and KPMG LLP. Mr. Bottiglieri is currently a director of a number of companies, including Compass Diversified Holdings, LLC (NYSE: CODI) and certain of its subsidiaries. Mr. Bottiglieri is the Chief Financial Officer of Compass Diversified Holdings. Mr. Bottiglieri is a graduate of Pace University.

Rudolph W.J. Krediet, Principal
Mr. Krediet rejoined The Compass Group in 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Krediet was with CPM Roskamp Champion, as well as with The Compass Group as a Business Analyst. Mr. Krediet is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and the the Darden Graduate School of Business (University of Virginia).

Mr. Milana joined The Compass Group in 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Milana was an independent consultant, as well as with with KPMG LLP. Mr. Milana received both a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Taxation from Pace University. Mr. Milana is currently a director of Families Network of Western Connecticut and Chairman of the Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut.

Ms. Ryan joined The Compass Group in 2006. Prior to that, Ms. Ryan was with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. Ms. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.

Mr. Chiodo rejoined The Compass Group in 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Chiodo was with The Compass Group as an Associate and with Lazard Fréres & Co. LLC. Mr. Chiodo is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Columbia Business School.

Internal Audit
Ms. Couch joined The Compass Group in 2009 Prior to that, Ms. Couch was with Faulkner and Stevens; Fifth Third Bank and Arthur Andersen. Ms. Couch received both her undergraduate degree and Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Couch is also a Certified Public Accountant.
